I updated Image::Embroidery to add support
for Melco EXP files and fix a couple of issues parsing malformed Tajima DST
files. I also updated Weatherspect to
address a problem with incomplete weather data reported on freshmeat.

I just updated Win32::InstallShield to version
0.3. Just added a few new methods and tests, and fixed a doc error.

I made a small converter to switch GUIDs back and forth between the standard
hyphen separated format, and the format used by Oracle that is stored in a RAW(16) column.
